Selectmen Agree to Record Their Meetings

In response to continuing efforts by the WDTC to have the Board of Selectman agree to record all their meetings and make those recordings available to all citizens of Washington, Selectman Bedini told the WDTC members at its meeting on May 24 that the Board of Selectman has now agreed to do so. The Washington Democratic Town Committee is delighted that access to a full record of Board of Selectman meetings will be available to all members of the community, especially those who were unavailable to attend the meetings themselves. It's an important step to overall transparency by the Selectman that is much appreciated. Thanks to all who worked so hard to have our voices heard and our rights respected.
