Federal election law requires political committees to use best efforts
to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during an election cycle. An individual may not contribute more than a total of $2,000 per election.
Contributions must be made with personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, national banks, federal contractors, and non-U.S citizens who are not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. are prohibited.
Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.
